This is the style of ASICS tennis shoe that I wear. Unfortunately , this particular one was for CLAY courts, so I had to return it as I play on hard courts. Not sure if I missed that in the description, or it wasn’t mentioned. As always, ZAPPOS made it super easy to return! Gave it a 5* rating anyway since this is the ASICS shoe that I love!

After trying on 9 other sneakers for pickleball (thank you Zappos for free shipping and returns!!) I found the bomb in these sneakers. They provide so much support, cushioning and an overall great feel. I suffer from some mysterious toe issue from the stop/start motion in pickleball and needed to go with a quality/high end sneaker to support my feet. As my friend said, they’re equipment for your feet. I will say they would not be good for anyone with a wide foot or someone as they are fairly narrow. but I don’t have that issue so for me they are a great sneaker for pickleball.

These sneakers are great for tennis or pickle ball which is what I bought them for. Very comfortable and supportive. They seem a little narrow so if you have a wide foot, they might not be ideal.

Purchased the Solution Speed FF2 to replace another brand that I was wearing for pickleball. Fast forward a month – I was so pleased with the performance of these shoes that I purchased a second pair. I play pickleball 4 times a week, 3 hours each session. They fit snug (ordered half size up), have good cushioning in the heel cup and the overall design is not only comfortable but look good too.

Moving from the last generation of this shoe to their current version. The shoe is great but had to go up half a size after years of getting size 10, with this new generation of shoe needed to move up to 10.5. My daughter had the same experience, needed to move up half a size.

Comfortable, form fitting shoe. Lightweight and very responsive when running for a ball. It is a snug fit so probably not good for a wide foot. I wear a half size larger than regular shoe.
