These sneakers have the kind of support where your heel is lower than the rest of the foot when you walk, this caused pain where it dropped down.

These shoes are amazing! I wore ASICS for years as a runner and stopped when the toe box got too narrow and stiff. These are perfect for my narrow heel and wider toe box. I got them to run with our puppy in the grass – and they keep my foot dry while also being super comfy. Also worn in long walks. Going to get another pair in case they stop making these or tweak the style that is absolutely old school and heaven on my feet!!
