Very comfortable and responsive. The cushioning is great! My only hesitation or complaint is that the stretchy tongue tends to pull my socks down into the shoe, causing them to bunch up. To combat this, I’m tying them tighter than I normally would. I came from a pair of Brook’s Glycerin, and while these are comfortable, the fit is different. Still trying to get the lockdown right for all day comfort.

Too narrow and width slightly different to 23 2e which was marginal for me. Found some 4e in 23 model fortunately as no 24 4e available. Really quality shoe but does not fit the bill for a wider fore foot.

Been wearing the Nimbus for years but I won’t buy another one of these. The new tongue is flimsy, coarse and cheap. You ruined my go-to shoe. For shame!

I originally bought my true size as the comments said they true to size. My previous Nimbuses ran small. I returned them for a half size larger, as at least for me, they still ran small for size. Like the color and the fit is great.

Superior cushioning and weight. The tongue being attached at sides is only thing I would change. I have a high instep so it feels tight. But it does get better with each wearing.

Lets start with sizing. I have a narrow 11.5 foot. That means in Asics I have to buy a 12.5 wide since the 22 up to current 24. The toe box angle starting pushing my 4th toe into my 3rd toe in the standard width so now I have to buy a wide to get enough room in the toe box and the length lost a 1/2 size since the 21 as well. Why? The new tongue on the 24 is thin and scratchy. They claim it is sock like, but more like sandpaper. No cusion in it at all. The new sole material seems as soft as the old stuff, but we’ll see how long it holds up. I use them for walking between 5-10 miles a night in 12 hours shifts on concrete and raised metal flooring. I haven’t found another brand as comfortable, but they are going downhill every new model. They need to realize the sizing issue that is always repeated in reviews and just make the wide as the standard and relabel them 1/2 size up from current standards. I use

Comfy shoes. Little warm working outside in them.

I have a pair of GT-1000 10 in the same size and they fit amazing. I thought these would be similar, but they are way too narrow and actually hurt my foot.

Don’t waste your money. I’ve walked 4-5 miles per day in these for less than 6 weeks and the tread is completely worn away.

The sole on these shoes have no durability. I walk 10-13K steps per day, usually on pavement, and these have completely worn through in 6 weeks time.

It’s difficult for me to find a good running shoe because I have extra-wide feet. This is a good running shoe for me – the size ran larger than normal, but the width was right on!

Our family has been wearing the Asics Nimbus for many years and we’ve been very satisfied with this line of shoes (lightweight, comfortable, good support). The Nimbus 22 was our favorite 5/5 (well padded upper tongue had a strap to secure it in place by putting the laces through). The Nimbus 23 is also a very good shoe 4.8/5 (upper tongue thinner than the Nimbus 22, but without the securing strap) . But unfortunately, the Nimbus 24 we recently tried (color Black/Black) had a catastrophic material issue. In order to make the shoe lighter, Asics seems to have constructed the midsole foam using a lightweight material that easily shreds and tears. Attached are photos after its first and only day of use (approximately 2 hours). Did we by chance receive a bad manufacturing batch of defective shoes? Maybe. In addition, the upper tongue is even thinner than the previous two models (and without the securing strap). So unfortunately, we will need to try another model of shoe / or maybe brand. We’re hoping Asics fixes this problem in the next model (Nimbus 25?) The current Nimbus 24 is not recommended.

For a 2E shoe the arc and toe box are very tight. The shoe is always squeezing my foot.

These shoes fit perfectly, very true to size. The coushioning is super, it’s like walking on a cloud. Great school absorbing soles. Worth it!!

Best nimbus yet. Perfect balance of support and cushion.

I am a big person and Nimbus family are my shoes since model 12, I use them to walk and also when I travel, they are my support.

Great shoe. I’ve been a Nimbus guy for years. I do often prefer the Light version, but great trainer.

Husband loves these! So comfortable!

I’ve ran 30 miles in my Gel Nimbus 24 so far, and they are like running on cushions! Best running shoes I’ve ever owned!

These are the 8th pair I’ve gotten in the past 3 years. I put about 250/300 miles on them during marathon training before I turn them into my daily walkers. Awesome shoe, with great comfort and support. I will say, the past couple models have seemed to have gotten a little tighter on my foot and I moved up to the next half size larger and they feel super comfortable.

This product is excellent. With superior comfort. I highly recommend

Since I had a great experience with Nimbus 23, I decided to buy the Numbus 24 and it has exceeded my expectations. I bought the Nimbus 24 in size 11 – Wide. Initially the width of the fit was a bit tight, but after I walked with them a few times the fabric stretched a bit and are now very comfortable. I am over 65 yr old and jog 3 times a week on the streets of NJ about 4+ miles/day and walk 3+ mile/day the non-running days so put about 35+ miles on them a week. I have had the Nimbus 24 for a month now and they are extremely comfortable. Although some reviewers had issue with the stretchy tounge, it was fine with me, and I actually prefer it to the old version. I am curious regarding the durability since my Nimbus 23s fell apart earlier than I anticipated. Hoping for better durability. I would definitely recommend the 24s and would buy them again.

Excellent shoe that provides the kind of comfort and support I need in a neutral running shoe.
Texasco –
Very comfy shoe with great cushioning. Only down side is tread wears quickly.

I’ve worn Gel Nimbuses for many years. I’m a tour guide and they always keep my feet comfortable no matter how many miles I walk. These new Gel’s feel great and can’t wait to wear them on tour!
