well I have been waiting for these shoes to improve for several years now but nope not yet…I have been buying Keyano’s since forever and in the last few yrs they have gotten worse…toe box and length are smaller in these and I already go up a half size. I loved the older version the 21 up to 25 then they went down hill. I still wear them because of the stability that I need. I have several issues with my feet and had hope for this version.. That’s me hope they work for others.

I read the reviews on the ASICS before purchasing. I have worn another brand historically. Several reviews stated the shoes are hot and I do find that to be true. I changed the insole. The one included in the shoe was very cushioning but I prefer my own. I try to walk about 30-45 minutes a day and the ASICS are comfortable and have good foot support. Of note the ASICS have good toe cushion. This may be of more importance to runners vs walkers. Overall I am very satisfied with these shoes.

The shoes felt great. Back to the old Kayano’s I loved. However, they were a half size too small. Exchanged for an 8 and they are perfect!

Very supportive, good arch and the wide width is good for me I like the solid feel. I wear orthotics and size up by 1/2 size. Better than previous Gel Kayano’s

I LOVE these shoes. They support my arches and have virtually eliminated my knee pain when running because of the thick cushion and support. My first pair of running shoes were Gel-Kayano’s many years ago and then I was talked into trying other brands at a running store. I went back to Gel-Kayano because I knew I loved them so much and I’m so glad I did. These will be my go-to shoes going forward.

I agree these are better than the 28’s. However, these are still way too soft on the soles without sufficient heel stabilization that used to be the hallmark of the Gel-Kayanos. The 28’s wore out within a couple of months for me and I suspect these would as well; I’m sending them back and ordering some 27’s direct from Asics–those are the last model that really lived up to my expectations.

The sole started ripping off after wearing for 2 weeks – these gave be a blister on one of my toes.

I really wanted to like these – they looked nice, the cushion was amazing, the toe box and width was great. However, something was rubbing on the inside of my foot/arch (maybe the from the logo area, I’m really not sure what it was), which made me walk differently, which caused me some discomfort. I had to return these, which was disappointing.

Finally! A running shoe that is super comfortable. I am about a 7.5/8M foot-size gal – the 8M fit me well.

This is the worst Gel-Kayano shoe that I’ve ever seen. I’ve worn them all for years. This is poor quality, bulkier than usual, materials changed, for the worst. Everyone is cutting corners in the name of profits, and it shoes. I won’t be buying these again. I’ll spend this $160.00 on another brand.
