I purchased these for work in the plant. I work in an area where I get by without steel toe and the comfort of this shoe is the best. I bought these also because I could take out the insert that comes with it in put in my own insert. The base is stable, secure and handles impact well. Thanks folks!

First time buying ASICS brand, read previous reviews and decided to try because of needed support. Difficult to find walking sneakers and wish more manufacturers would offer as seniors walk more than run. Walk 3 to 6 mi most everyday as part of fitness regimen and so far these are super comfortable and supportive. Found that NB and Skechers while comfortable, were not durable or supportive enough. Reasonable price too. Worth a try and can always return when use Zappos.

I have been wearing Asics running shoes for over 30 years. They have always been true to size for me (10.5 D) and feel great.
This pair is being worn at my office and factory, not while running. They are performing just as well as every other pair of Asics I have ever purchased.
Very comfortable and firm on the concrete factory floor.

The shoes seemed a bit small at first. If I were trying on shoes in a traditional retail environment, I’d want them to be a little easier to get into and out of or I probably wouldn’t have bought this pair. But as I’ve sort of broken them in over the past few days, they’ve gotten much more comfortable and accessible, and now I’d say they fit fine.
There’s a curious bulge towards the inside back of each heel. It’s nice and springy, so it provides good cushioning for the heels, but maybe not the entire heels – just sort of the inner edges of the heels. Not sure why it’s like that – maybe it’s on purpose.
Overall, it’s not a bad fit. The materials seem good although I have some minor concerns about the craftsmanship – I can see the white adhesive (or something) in the seems between the leather upper and the rubber sole in some places. The design itself is appealing, and hopefully these will hold up for another three years like my previous pair of Asics.

Love ASICS, so I bought a pair for my dad! Wanted something that would be comfortable for walking and doing errands, but also look stylish. This fit the bill perfectly! My dad has no complaints, and he’s told me that he has received compliments on them!

These were a purchase for my brother who is in prison, and the system has finally approved regular retail purchases. FYI it’s very hard to find all white shoes, these were approved. Also, it’s very hard to buy shoes that the other person can’t see or try on, AND for a person that has no idea about modern shoe technology. He has never had a pair of Asics, but I liked the way these looked and thought he would like the memory foam lightweight aspect of these shoes.
His actual quote when he was called down to pick them up “I walked down to get them and FLOATED back they were so comfortable”
Luckily other reviews had commented on the break in so he was expecting that, highly recommend

I’m now a firm believer on these two pairs for folks with very wide feet. I got the black on black version, so I can wear to formal occasions and still have the comfort of the nice cushioning support.
